Our passion is crafting the best pizza we can.
Our dough, made from non-GMO/non-chemically treated 00 Italian flour fermented for three days for maximum digestion. We use only 00 flour, reverse osmosis water, sea salt & yeast. All of our sauces including our infused honey are made in house, our sausage is ground by us without fillers or preservatives. We only use, Extra Virgin Olive all in our recipes, never any seed oils. The Freshness and simplicity of ingredients are important to us providing you with a healthier alternative.
Cleanliness is also important to us, we had zero violations in our health last inspection featured on local 10 news clean plate segment. Award Winning, we won best bite at the 2026 visit Lauderdale food & wine festival.
