Our pizzas are 10" in size and cooked thin and Crispy. We are cooking our pizza at 800 degrees using dough we are fermenting for a minimum of 48 ours. Our Dough is simply 00 flour, water, salt and yeast. We designed our menu to incorporate seasonal Florida produce. Our pizzas are finished with Oregano and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
